Because recognition items displayed at the St. Luke’s campus and the St. Elizabeth Medical Center buildings that closed on October 29, 2023, are no longer on display, we have created this special Donor Recognition Gallery Archive to honor and remember the generosity shown by our community to these two legacy hospitals. This website gives you 24 hour/day access to view your recognition from any electronic device.

Yes, you can print your recognition photo from any electronic device that has printing capability by clicking on the green ‘Print Photo’ button below the photo(s). 

Yes, you can print your full record from any electronic device that has printing capability by clicking on the green ‘Print Record’ button below the photo(s). 

If your name appears on more than one item of recognition, you will have multiple records. 

Please check the spelling of the information you typed in the search field(s).  If you are unsure of the full spelling, then enter any part of the name you remember in one or more of the search fields.  And if you are unsure of the location, select ‘All’. 

If your recognition still does not appear in the Gallery, it may be because the item was not physically displayed between November 2022 and October 2023 when the survey of all recognition items was conducted. 

If your name is misspelled, please contact the MVHS Foundation department at MVHSFoundation@mvhealthsystem.org so it can be corrected. 

There are four search fields: first name, last name, organization/company name and location. 

The first three fields – first name, last name and organization/company name – all search for recognition by the name as it appears on the recognition itself.  Type in the name as you believe it appears on the recognition, select a location, or if you are unsure of a location, select ‘All’, hit ‘Search’ and scroll down to see the results. 

The fourth field – location – searches by the building name.  Select a location, hit ‘Search’ and scroll down to see all of the recognition associated with the location.  Or, if you are unsure of a location, select ‘All’, hit ‘Search’ and scroll down to see all of the recognition associated with both of the building locations. 

If you know the first and last name and you type in both, you will narrow the search results specific to that first and last name.  However, you do not have to know both names to perform a search.  You can search by a first or last name. 

Records are listed alphabetically according to the name(s) on the item of recognition. 

Please note: If you don’t enter any name and search only by location, the order of the records will be listed first alphabetically by records that have only an individual’s first name, then alphabetically by records of individuals with last names, then alphabetically by organization/company names.

An organization or company is a business, foundation or association named on the recognition.  For example, ABC Chapter or XYZ Corporation. 

Yes, search using three or more letters of any part of the name you can remember.  The search results will include all records with that letter combination. 

Try entering a different spelling or entering a few letters of the name.  Please note that only the names on recognition items that were physically displayed between November 2022 and October 2023 when the survey of all recognition items was conducted are included in the Gallery. 

If you don’t enter any name and search only by location, click on the last few pages of the search results to see organization and company records because they are listed alphabetically at the end of the search results after the alphabetical list of records of individuals with only first names followed by the alphabetical list of records of individuals with last names. 

Search using three letters of any part of the name you can remember.  The search results will include all records with that letter combination. 

Click on the green ‘Start Over’ button below the photo(s).  You will be returned to the Search screen.  To start another search, first delete all information you typed for your previous search in the First Name, Last Name and Organization/Company fields.  Then you can start another search.
